Every person who desires to volunteer in RISD schools, including Wallace, must complete an online volunteer application, online orientation, and pass a background check through RISD's new Verkada Volunteer Management System. Verkada has replaced Voly for all campus and district volunteer management.

1. Start Volunteer Application: Begin filling out your 2025-2026 Richardson ISD Volunteer Application here.
2. Upload Required Documents: The pre-screening application will require you to upload a valid state-issued Drivers License/ID or a passport
3. Watch Required Training: You will be required to watch the RISD volunteer orientation presentation
4. Submit Volunteer Application: Finally, submit your online application for review.
